Research Interests
I am interested in how anthropogenic climate change is impacting individual perceptions of personal and social life, and in turn how individuals construct their perceptions of climate change. Further, how individuals go about processing knowledge concerning anthropogenic climate change, specifically within the arena of purchasing and consuming food.
My secondary research interest area falls within environmental racism at the national level in the United States. I am curious how environmental racism is perpetuated at the legislative level and how certain omissions in legislative terminology can impact human and environmental use and abuse.
